On November 6, the Candlemas Theological Academy hosted a meeting with volunteers of the International Movement on Financial Security.
Director of Rosfinmonitoring Yury Chikhanchin, Chairman of the Christian Mercy Charitable Foundation Sergey Stepashin, Deputy Head of the Office of the Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation D. Chernyshenko Natalya Parshikova, and Rector of the Candlemas Theological Academy Father Ioann (Ludishchev) talked with Movement volunteers – students of the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation and the Candlemas Theological Academy.
Vice-Rector for Educational and Methodological Work of the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation, Head of the Center for Developing Spiritual and Moral Environment of the Olympiad and Movement on Financial Security Ekaterina Kameneva spoke about the Center activities and program of events aimed to develop a spiritual and moral environment and promote the cultural and historical heritage of Russia among the participants of the International Movement on Financial Security.
Among the guests of the Candlemas Theological Academy were representatives of the Federal Financial Monitoring Service, Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, ITMCFM, Intercontest Training Centre for School and Tertiary Students (FIAN), and Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation.
The volunteers of the International Movement on Financial Security were awarded letters of recognition for their active volunteer work during the finals of the IV International Olympiad on Financial Security.
The meeting ended with a performance by the Student Choir of the Candlemas Academy, followed by a tour of the Candlemas Monastery.
