On October 2, as part of the final round of the III International Financial Security Olympiad, the international exhibition “Education and Career in Financial Security” was opened.
The opening ceremony was attended by distinguished guests, including Yury Chikhanchin, Director of the Federal Financial Monitoring Service, Dmitry Afanasiev, Deputy Minister of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation, Andrey Lavrenko, Deputy Head of the Department of the President of the Russian Federation for Civil Service and Personnel, and heads of delegations from participating countries.
Exhibition “Education and Career in Financial Security” stands as a significant educational and career guidance exhibition, organized by ITMCFM in collaboration with member universities of the International Network AML/CFT Institute. Exhibition visitors will have the opportunity to get information about universities, meet teachers and experts, and explore the industrial partners' area to discover internship programs and employment prospects. Additionally, they are invited to participate in online tests and quizzes.
This year, INI member universities (MEPhI, RSUE, Plekhanov Russian University of Economics, Financial University, Orel State University, State University of Management, Peter the Great St. Petersburg Polytechnic University, Siberian Federal University, People's Friendship University of Russia, Tajik State University of Economics, Stavropol State Agrarian University, St. Petersburg State University of Economics, and Tashkent Institute of Finance) and industrial partners (Digital Space LLC, Financial Literacy Association, and PromSvyazBank) have prepared supplementary activities for the Olympiad finalists and guests, including workshops, quizzes, interactive sessions, game-based classes, and online tests.
The ITMCFM experts are fully prepared to guide the finalists through a financial investigation using the Graphus training system. Olympiad finalists will be immersed in the virtual realm through Graphus-VR, engaging in the Financial Intelligence game, wherein analytical and communication skills will aid them in identifying fraudulent actors among law-abiding citizens.
