The VI International Research-to-Practice Conference 'Financial Markets and Financial Systems Transformation in the Digital Economy' has started.
The annual conference is held by the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation.
Among the participants are the representatives of the Bank of Russia, the Committee State Duma of Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation on Financial Market, the Moscow Exchange, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation, the National Finance Association, the International Training and Methodology Centre for Financial Monitoring and the International Network AML/CFT Institute.
The main theme of this year's conference is the prospects of the digital assets market in Russia, which was discussed by participants in the plenary session.
The following topics will be discussed during the thematic sections and round tables:
- adaptation of financial markets and financial systems to the volatile conditions of the global world;
- present and future of legislation in the field of digital assets (DA);
- relevant issues of regulation and supervision over DA market participants;
- financial markets and financial security in the context of digital transformation;
- digital technologies;
- and others.
The conference will also feature a special youth Digital Innovations in Financial Markets section .
