On March 1, the first stage of the III International Financial Security Olympiad - a nationwide lesson for the 8-10th grade pupils and college students began. The event is organized by the Federal Financial Monitoring Service, the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation and the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation.
The focus of this year's lesson is personal financial security on the Internet.
How can you secure your personal data? How can you protect your rights as a financial services consumer? What are the rules for safe financial behaviour in social media and online games? These and many other questions will be answered by the pupils together with the experts.
Last year, more than two million pupils from 26,000 schools took part in the nationwide lesson.
