On November 21, 2022, in Dushanbe (Republic of Tajikistan), the events of the 37th Plenary Meeting of the Eurasian Group on Combating Money Laundering and Financing of Terrorism (EAG) began, in which the ITMCFM representatives take part.
In the first days of the Plenary week, meetings of the Working Group on Mutual Evaluations and Legal Issues (WGEL), Working Group on Technical Assistance (WGTA), Working Group on Typologies and Combating Financing of Terrorism and Crime (WGTYP) will be held.
On November 22, 2022, within the framework of the second day of the EAG Plenary week, the ITMCFM representatives will speak at the meeting of the Working Group on Technical Assistance and present information on the priority technical assistance projects implemented by the ITMCFM for the states of the Eurasian region. The ITMCFM will present detailed information on the provision of TA to the EAG member states, including the implementation of country project plans for the provision of TA.
In addition, the ITMCFM specialists will present the idea of the Concept of the Association of Training and Methodology Centers, formulate its goals and objectives, consider the expected results and propose a further solution for the development of this idea.
