On October 19, 2022, a full-time seminar was held at the ITMCFM for the 2nd-year master’s degree students of the Peoples Friendship University of Russia (RUDN) on the use of Personal Accounts of the organization and the supervisory authority on the Rosfinmonitoring website.
Lecturer-expert of the ITMCFM N. Bogonostsev discussed with master’s degree students the mechanisms of countering the financing of extremist activities and terrorism, reporting suspicious transactions and suspicious activity of clients of subjects of primary financial monitoring, remote monitoring and the application of a risk-based approach in the AML/CFT supervision.
During the seminar, students consolidated the theoretical knowledge gained at the university with practical work in the infrastructure of the anti-money laundering system.
