On September 30, 2022, the ITMCFM held a workshop on voluntary compliance with tax legislation for financial intelligence units, supervisory and law enforcement agencies of the EAG member states.
Invited expert lecturer - Deputy Head of the Legal Department of Rosfinmonitoring, Yu. Lafitskaya, focused on the practice of applying the FATF principles related to programs on voluntary compliance with tax legislation, as well as on FSRBs various procedures for reviewing such programs.
At the end of the workshop, a round table was held, at which the participants considered the best country practices and exchanged experience on the subject of the event.
