Due to high demand, the organizers of the V International Olympiad on Financial Security have decided to extend the Invitation Stage until March 23, 2025. This extension provides more school and university students with the opportunity to familiarize themselves with the Olympiad format, complete preparatory tasks, and test their knowledge before the Selection Stage begins.
Tasks for the Invitation Stage will be available until 23:59 Moscow time on March 23, 2025.
The Olympiad, which launched on February 1 on the Sodruzhestvo platform, is conducted in Russian and English. The primary participants are school students in grades 8–11 and university students from Russia and partner countries.
To participate in the Invitation Stage, registration on the Sodruzhestvo platform is required. Participants who successfully complete the stage’s tasks will receive certificates.
The International Olympiad on Financial Security has been held since 2021 under the patronage of the President of Russia and the Government of the Russian Federation.
Winners and prize-winners of the Olympiad receive preferential admission to leading Russian and international universities-participants of the International Network AML/CFT Institute. They also gain internship opportunities at Rosfinmonitoring, the Bank of Russia, Promsviazbank PJSC, and other financial organizations.
The Olympiad aims to promote financial security as a way of life and encourages young people to transition from a focus on personal financial security to national financial security. Winners and prize-winners are granted additional benefits when applying to higher education programs.
