The Presentation of the International Olympiad on Financial Security took place for students attending the World Youth Festival.
Among the speakers were Oleg Ivanov, ITMCFM First Deputy Director General, Mikhail Katsarsky, Vice-Rector for Student Affairs of the Patrice Lumumba Peoples' Friendship University of Russia, Ivan Anisimov, Head of the CH FIU Youth Council, and Alina Mishina, Expert of the Federal Financial Monitoring Service.
Students familiarized themselves with the International Movement on Financial Security and its main driving force - the annual International Olympiad on Financial Security. Six million school and university students from across 19 countries have participated in this Olympiad over the past 3 years.
In 2024, the Olympiad is taking place for the fourth time, with the number of participating nations increasing to 30.
During the event, speakers engaged with young people to discuss the developmental trends of the International Movement on Financial Security and the opportunities it presents for participants. Additionally, they elaborated on the rules of financial security for personal financial well-being.
As the event concluded, participants were invited to complete a survey to summarize the meeting's outcomes and, importantly, to identify their first rule of personal financial security.
