The Sodruzhestvo digital platform was demonstrated to financial security experts and representatives of member universities of the International Network AML/CFT Institute (INI) on the margins of the final round of the III International Olympiad on Financial Security.
At the outset, INI Director and First Deputy Director General of ITMCFM Vladimir Ovchinnikov outlined the history behind the platform, its goals and objectives, “The Sodruzhestvo digital educational platform will provide a unified digital space on financial security across the Russian Federation and its partner countries, supporting students between Olympiads, maintaining the Olympiad project center in the Sirius Federal Territory, organizing chats, lectures, debates, laboratories, and other research, training, and project centers on financial security.”
In subsequent presentations, Head of the Intercontest Training Centre for School and Tertiary Students Vladimir Glotov and Deputy Director of the Lebedev Physical Institute of the Russian Academy of Sciences (LPI RAS) Oleg Ivanov, described the platform functionality, prospects, and advantages for registered financial security professionals. All speakers made a special emphasis on seeking more content, such as articles, textbooks, and training courses, from creators in the operational as well as academic community.
The Intercontest Training Centre for School and Tertiary Students, organized within the LPI RAS earlier this year, also presented its ongoing work to support the international movement of the Olympiad participants.
