On October 5, Martial Arts Academy at Sirius hosted the Cup of Four Continents Tournament
The tournament got its name, the “Cup of Four Continents,” for a significant reason. The III International Financial Security Olympiad finalists, representing countries such as Algeria, Brazil, Vietnam, India, Iran, Kazakhstan, Cuba, Kyrgyzstan, Namibia, Pakistan, Russia, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, and South Africa divided into four teams to assess their skills both on the mini-football field and in the FIFA2023 game simulator. They demonstrated that there are no geographical borders and language differences in the realm of sports.
The teams engaged in a competition following the Olympic system, commencing with two semi-finals. The victorious teams then faced each other in a pivotal match for the tournament's coveted cup.
The honor of securing the Cup of Four Continents went to Wolves team, who outplayed their opponents in the final round with a score of 6:4! Players from Algeria, Russia, Cuba, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, and Iran showcased a well-coordinated performance and determination to win.
