The official opening ceremony of the Summer Educational School, held within the III International Financial Security Olympiad, took place today.
From June 9 to 17, the country's leading universities’ staff and financial security experts will engage 8-10 graders from different regions of Russia in workshops, masterclasses, and lectures, as well as in intense sports and entertainment activities.
Ms. Irina Shilina, Deputy Director General of ITMCFM, addressed the schoolchildren during the opening ceremony:
"Over the next ten days, you will face challenging, yet always captivating individual and team tests. May your time at the Summer School enrich you with new knowledge, valuable skills, unforgettable memories, and most importantly, lasting friendship with children from different regions of Russia! The teachers, lecturers, and specialists at the Summer School are not only ready to discuss any topic with you, but also to learn from you.
Believe in yourselves and never doubt your abilities! I am confident that each of you deserves to reach the Olympiad finals, and if not this year, then undoubtedly the next!” – she added.
The Summer School was jointly organized by the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation and the Center of Inter Olympiad Training at the Lebedev Physical Institute of the Russian Academy of Sciences (LPI RAS), with the assistance of Rosfinmonitoring and ITMCFM.
