AML/CFT/CPF IT Solutions Contact Group of EAG member states met for the 6th time via videoconference on Friday, October 18.
A Rosfinmonitoring officer informed the meeting on the strategies and techniques used by the Russian Federation to process text data to identify ML typologies.
The group discussed the results of the intersessional meetings and its work prospects for the next year. The group members’ draft initiative to invite EAG observers and analytical software developers to take part in the meetings was also considered.
The Working Group on Technical Assistance (WGTA) will consider the initiative at the 41st EAG Plenary Week in the Republic of India in November 2024.
