On March 28, the conference of the International Network AML/CFT Institute (INI) on the topic "Target Model of Integration of AML/CFT Academic Disciplines into the Educational Process" began in Moscow.
The event was opened with a welcome speech given by the General Director of the ITMCFM M. Andronova:
– I would like to thank our colleagues from Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Russia, Tajikistan and Uzbekistan for finding the opportunity to be present in this event today. We hope that the result of our joint work will be a list of unified competencies for training specialists, as well as a list of disciplines that can be included in the educational programs of the INI’s member universities. The results of your teamwork will be presented for discussion and approval at the 16th meeting of the INI Council, which will be held on April 1.
The topic of the first day of the conference became "Development and Updating of Educational Programs and Teaching Materials in the Field of AML/CFT". Then, three groups were formed from among the forum participants to work in the following areas: "Jurisprudence and International Relations", "Economics and Finance" and "IT sphere".
The conference will end on March 30.
