From July 5 to 8, 2022, the international conference "Corruption risks and financial security threats in the countries of Eurasia, counteraction measures: digitalization, accounting and analytical, monitoring and legal" was held in Cholpon-Ata (Kyrgyz Republic). The event was held on the basis of the Issyk-Kul Forum of Accountants and Auditors of Central Asian countries, with the organizational support of the ITMCFM and the universities participating in the INI: the Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University named after B. Yeltsin and the Kyrgyz National University named after J. Balasagyn.
The conference is aimed at discussing relevant theoretical and practical problems of financial security and its monitoring, accounting, information and control systems, law, finance, taxation, corruption risks, as well as determining the prospects of their development in the context of globalization and digitalization of the economy and deepening integration processes in the Eurasian space.
The program included a plenary session, section work and round-table discussions. The event was attended by employees of the ITMCFM, representatives of universities and professionals of the accounting and auditing community from Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Russia, Tajikistan and Uzbekistan. Representatives of the ITMCFM delivered presentations "Sectoral risk assessment of primary financial monitoring subjects" and "Formation of a unified educational space in the AML/CFT sphere in the Eurasian region".
