The second day was dedicated to familiarizing the youth with financial security and obtaining higher education in this area. A rich program has been prepared to fully acquaint future experts with the peculiarities of training and subsequent work in the field of AML/CFT.
Opening the exhibition, the guests and participants were greeted by Rector of the Tajik National University Khushvakhtzoda Kobiljon Khushvakht, Head of the International Department of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Tajikistan Kamolzoda Ilkhom Ikrom, Director of the Financial Monitoring Department under the National Bank of the Republic of Tajikistan Mirzoaliev Halim Saidakhmadovich and Deputy General Director of the ITMCFM Irina Shilina. The exhibition "Education and Career in the Area of AML/CFT" was also visited by the representative of the Agency for State Financial Control and the Fight against Corruption of the Republic of Tajikistan Akhramzoda Fahridin and the representative of the General Prosecutor’s Office of the Republic of Tajikistan Nazarzoda Dzhonibek.
Further exhibition events included lectures and master classes from international experts and university teachers of the International Network AML/CFT Institute*. With their help, the participants learned about the prospects and features of the financial intelligence profession, understood the work of the economic security service, developed a financial plan and got detailed information about the admission procedure to the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation.
In addition, the students took part in a real financial investigation conducted on the "Graphus" game training simulator under the leadership of the ITMCFM experts.
Throughout the day, an exhibition space was open with presentation stands of the International Network AML/CFT Institute’s member universities from Russia and the Republic of Tajikistan. The university representatives told students and pupils about the areas of training and programs in the field of AML/CFT, admission conditions and career opportunities of graduates.
At the closure of the exhibition, the results of the joint work were summarized and awards were presented to the teams that showed the best result in the financial investigation conducted via the “Graphus” training platform. The guests warmly thanked the organizers for the high level of preparation, holding and technical support of the event.
The exhibition "Education and Career in the Area of AML/CFT" held in Dushanbe was finished by a concert program presented by the Tajik National University.
