The event brought together members of the Presidium and invited guests, including Nikolai Zhuravlev, Deputy Chairman of the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, Dmitry Afanasyev, Deputy Minister of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation, Petr Fradkov, Chairman of PSB Bank, representatives of Federal Financial Monitoring Service, PSB Bank, and ITMCFM.

Yury Chikhanchin, Vice President of the Presidium of the International Movement on Financial Security, reported its achievements:

“One year has passed since the establishment of the International Movement on Financial Security, and we are now able to assess the interim results of our efforts. The organizational phase has been successfully completed; more than 20 scientific and educational institutions from five countries have already joined as collective members. Educational initiatives such as the Lesson on Financial Security, international and national Olympiads, Financial Intelligence Schools, and the Everyone is Aware contest have proven effective, alongside the creation of the Intercontest Training Center. Earlier this year, the Spiritual and Moral Environment Development Center of the Olympiad and the Movement also began its work.”

Stanislav Prokofyev, Rector of the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation, reported on the progress of the Pilot Project to promote cultural and moral values among the Movement's members.

Ekaterina Kuzmina, Vice President and Development Director of PSB Bank, shared updates on the development of the Sodruzhestvo platform, which serves as a framework uniting participants from various countries. She noted that the platform has evolved into a fully functional social network that enables users to create personal profiles, form professional communities, and communicate with registered users across borders – connecting school and university students, university representatives, and international experts.

During the meeting, the Presidium members also endorsed a proposal to expand the Movement’s membership by including eight additional universities from Russia, Kyrgyzstan, and Tajikistan.

Following the session, a memorandum of cooperation was signed with one of the new members – the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation.
