On June 26, expert discussions on developing the proposals for the draft Concept concluded at the Financial University in Solnechnogorsk.
Among the experts were representatives and heads of leading universities participating in the International Network AML/CFT Institute (INI), as well as members of the academic and expert communities.
On the final day, Yury Chikhanchin, Director of the Federal Financial Monitoring Service and Deputy Chair of the Presidium of the International Movement on Financial Security, welcomed the expert group participants.
In his welcome address, the Director of Rosfinmonitoring emphasised the importance of the intensive work to develop the draft Concept as a strategically significant document.
