On October 1, ITMCFM organized a series of educational and career-oriented events for Russian and foreign students participating in the finals of the V International Olympiad on Financial Security.
The program, dedicated to AML/CFT education and career development, attracted more than 500 bachelor’s, specialist, and master’s degree students.
Among the invited speakers were representatives of the Federal Financial Monitoring Service and other government agencies, financial intelligence units (FIUs) of the countries participating in the Olympiad, the Federal Agency for the Commonwealth of Independent States, Compatriots Living Abroad, and International Humanitarian Cooperation (Rossotrudnichestvo), member universities and research institutions of the International Network AML/CFT Institute (INI), financial organizations, as well as international experts and graduates of INI master's programs.
The agenda focused on three main areas:
- Enrollment of foreign students in master's programs in Russia;
- Master's programs for graduates of Russian universities;
- Career opportunities for graduates majoring in AML/CFT.
Students learned about Russia’s top master's programs in financial security and AML/CFT, the admission requirements for foreign applicants, and current career trends in the field. The sessions also highlighted employment opportunities in government institutions, banking organizations, and research centers.
