Outcomes of the National “Financial Monitoring Specialist of the Year” Award Competition – “Teacher of the Year” Nomination

The results of the national “Financial Monitoring Specialist of the Year” Award competition in the “Teacher of the Year” nomination were announced.

The national “Financial Monitoring Specialist of the Year” Award competition is the professional contest aimed at promotion of the financial monitoring profession, following the results of which prizes are awarded to the best competitors for their contribution to the development of the Russian AML/CFT system. The competition is held for managers and specialists of the AML/CFT participating organizations, as well as for experts, teaching staff and students studying the relevant professions.

The Award competition was arranged by the Association of Financial Monitoring Specialists and was held for the first time in 2020.

Thirty four teachers and trainers of the International Network AML/CFT Institute’s (INI) member universities and the ITMCFM’s partner institutions involved in training of private sector specialists took part in “AML/CFT Teacher of the Year” Award competition.

The competition was won by Boris Loginov, Ph.D. in Economics, Associate Professor of the World Economy Faculty of the Diplomatic Academy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation.

Elena Pinigina, General Director of the “National Heritage” Interregional Financial Monitoring Expert Center
